ICPPX® is built around two signaling peptides, not carrier peptides, an important distinction. A carrier peptide, like the well known GHK-Cu, works by binding to and transporting a mineral, copper in that case, through the body. ICPPX® peptides work differently, they signal skin cells directly rather than carrying anything.

Hexapeptide-103 : a six amino acid peptide built from lysine, threonine, threonine, lysine, serine, and phenylalanine. Because it's a short peptide, it's formulated to penetrate deeply into skin, where it supports the skin's natural calming response.

Pentapeptide-97: a five amino acid peptide built from glycine, glutamic acid, lysine, glutamic acid, and phenylalanine. Also short enough to penetrate deeply into skin, where it supports the skin's natural collagen production in the area where it's applied.

These two peptides are identical across the entire PEP+ STRYDE line. The sensation on top, warming or cooling, comes from the active each formula is paired with, not from the peptide technology itself. ICPPX® is doing the same work underneath either way, supporting the skin in the area where it's applied.
